Individual & Headshot Portrait Sessions invite one-on-one collaboration to create a portfolio of images suitable for either professional or personal use. The Individual Headshot Collection delivers a curated selection of formal or informal images tailored to your needs, whether it be for LinkedIn, real estate, school, social media, press, web, performing arts, business, or simply to celebrate you.
An extended Branding Collection is also available for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking to develop a broader collection of images that captures your personality, the spirit of your enterprise, and communicates what it means to work with you. Branding Sessions can include not only headshots, but a customized portfolio of on-the-job images that speak to your core values and trade, such as lifestyle images of you engaged in your craft or collaborating with your team.
All sessions include a collection of high-resolution digital photographs processed in the style as seen in my portfolio, an online gallery for sharing your images, and the option to purchase professional, heirloom prints and albums.

BOOKING + INVESTMENT DETAILS
You’re investing not only in a photography session, but in my creative commitment to prepare for our shoot beforehand and devote the time necessary afterwards to craft your images into the best they can be before being delivered into your hands. I value our relationship and want you to always feel secure in your choice to work together.
A retainer in the amount of 25% of the package price and the signing of a booking contract is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is collected after the session concludes.
For those seeking services outside the Greater Boston // North Shore // Southern New Hampshire area, I’m always available for travel and happy to prepare pricing tailored to your destination needs.

Sessions can be scheduled either indoors or outdoors at your location, using natural light if available or our portable studio, which provides lighting and a neutral black or white backdrop. Package pricing is dependent on team size. Please submit an inquiry for a custom quote.

ABOUT YOUR SESSION

Yes, all sessions include the high-resolution digital image files at no extra cost. The number of images you will receive is dependent upon your choice of Session Package. The delivered images are processed in the style as seen in my portfolio.

Outdoor sessions are typically scheduled for either morning or late afternoon an hour or two before sunset, as these times provide the best natural light for photography. Accommodations for other times can also be arranged to meet your schedule. If you prefer to shoot indoors at home or your office, sessions can be photographed with natural light when your space is at its brightest or with artificial light any time of the day using our portable studio lighting kit. Bookings can be made for both weekdays and weekends.

Absolutely. Feel free to pick a location you enjoy, has meaning to you, your home, or your place of business. I’m also happy to suggest a location. Many outdoor public locations are free of charge, but if your chosen location requires a permit or reservation to shoot on the property, we’ll work together to make the necessary arrangements. Admission, parking, and permit fees would be in addition to the package price.

For indoor sessions, I offer a portable studio option consisting of a neutral white or black backdrop and lighting kit that can easily be set-up in your home or place of business. If your home or office space is limited or unavailable, the session can be held at my residential working space in Rowley, MA. Alternatively, a third-party loft studio space located in Newburyport is available for rent with advance notice. Please inquire for details and fees required to reserve this space.

As we near our session date, I’ll be checking in on the weather and will reach out to you if the forecast requires we reschedule. Though rain would require rescheduling, overcast is just fine and provides for wonderful, diffuse lighting!

All of my sessions are very relaxed and designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Combining unobtrusive camerawork with friendly portraiture, my promise is to always be a motivating and reassuring energy as we work together. Being yourself and having fun are always encouraged! And as a natural light photographer, we’ll enjoy exploring our chosen location to capture a variety of images appropriate for your needs.

Prior to the shoot, a consultation on wardrobe, color, and texture is always welcome. Keep in mind, you’ll feel most at home during the session by being true to you and wearing what best suits your personality. Also important is to consider the styling choices and formality of your particular industry, workplace, career, brand, or team. You’re welcome to incorporate props, personal mementos, or items relating to your profession, business, or hobby.

Each image you receive will have been edited for color balance, contrast, and tone equal to the quality standard of the images shared on my website. Additional cosmetic editing, such as blemish removal, will be performed by request on any image ordered for an album or as a print through my lab.

Once edited, your images will be uploaded to an online gallery, accessible from any computer or mobile device for 60 days. From the gallery, you’ll be able to download your images in high-resolution, flag favorites, and share the images with family and friends. Prints can also be ordered directly from the gallery.

Archival prints, canvas art, seasonal cards, and albums can be ordered through your Personalized Online Gallery. Prints are produced by a lab that caters to professional photographers. The prints you receive are color accurate, more resistant to fading, deliver excellent flesh reproduction, detail sharpness, and brilliant image quality.
