Sessions are relaxed, tailored to celebrate and capture your true personality, and deliver a diverse collection of lively, contemporary photographs. Through artful direction and gentle guidance, we’ll enjoy a comfortable experience together that inspires honest, authentic imagery. By photographing with natural light, we can make the most of our chosen location and remain engaged with real, candid moments as they happen. All sessions include a collection of high-resolution digital photographs processed in the style as seen in my portfolio, an online gallery for sharing your images, and the option to purchase professional, heirloom prints and albums.

BOOKING + INVESTMENT DETAILS
You’re investing not only in a photography session, but in my creative commitment to prepare for our shoot beforehand and devote the time necessary afterwards to craft your images into the best they can be before being delivered into your hands. I value our relationship and want you to always feel secure in your choice to work together.
A retainer in the amount of 25% of the package price and the signing of a booking contract is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is collected after the session concludes.
For those seeking services outside the Greater Boston // North Shore // Southern New Hampshire area, I’m always available for travel and happy to prepare pricing tailored to your destination needs.

Yes, all sessions include the high-resolution digital image files at no extra cost. The number of images you will receive is dependent upon your choice of Session Package. The delivered images are processed in the style as seen in my portfolio.

In addition to families & children, these portrait packages are perfect for get-togethers with friends, co-workers, those celebrating a relationship or anniversary, or even enjoying some quality time with your loved pet! Packages intended for Maternity & Newborns, High School Seniors, and Individuals & Headshots are also offered. Additional time beyond the sixty-minute session package is available and may be required for larger groups.

Package pricing is applicable to families of any size, with no additional fees for larger groups. The hour session is recommended for group family sessions to ensure an unhurried experience where all families participating in your group have a chance to capture a variety of images.

Outdoor sessions are typically scheduled for either morning or late afternoon an hour or two before sunset, as these times provide for the best natural light for outdoor photography. Accommodations for other times can also be arranged to meet your schedule. If you prefer to shoot in an indoor location, such as your home, sessions are best scheduled for when your home’s interior is at its brightest. Bookings can be made for both weekdays and weekends.

Absolutely! Feel free to pick a location you enjoy, has meaning to you, or is rich with memories. Your own home — inside and out — can often be a wonderful choice, with an in-home lifestyle session naturally capturing your family just as they are in a familiar, loved place. I’m also happy to suggest a location. Many outdoor public locations are free of charge, but if your chosen location requires a permit or reservation to shoot on the property, we’ll work together to make the necessary arrangements. Admission, parking, and permit fees would be in addition to the package price.

As we near our session date, I’ll be checking in on the weather and will reach out to you if the forecast requires we reschedule. Though rain would require rescheduling, overcast is just fine and provides for wonderful, diffuse lighting!

All of my sessions are very relaxed and designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Combining unobtrusive camerawork with friendly portraiture, my promise is to always be a motivating and reassuring energy as we work together. Playing, laughing, and being yourself are all encouraged! And as a natural light photographer, we’ll enjoy exploring our chosen location to capture a variety of images: gently posed & candid, fun & lively, stationary and moving.

Prior to the shoot, a consultation on wardrobe, color, and texture is always welcome. Keep in mind, you’ll feel most at home during the session by being true to you and wearing what best suits your personality. Wardrobe changes are allowed, though full clothing changes are best reserved for the longer sixty minute session. You’re invited to bring along props, personal mementos, or items relating to a hobby or school sport, and kids often enjoy a toy or two, for sure!

Each image you receive will have been edited for color balance, contrast, and tone equal to the quality standard of the images shared on my website. Additional cosmetic editing, such as blemish removal, will be performed by request on any image ordered for an album or as a print through my lab.

Once edited, your images will be uploaded to an online gallery, accessible from any computer or mobile device for 60 days. From the gallery, you’ll be able to download your images in high-resolution and share the images with family and friends. Prints can also be ordered directly from the gallery.

Archival prints, canvas art, seasonal cards, and albums can be ordered through your Personalized Online Gallery. Prints are produced by a lab that caters to professional photographers. The prints you receive are color accurate, more resistant to fading, deliver excellent flesh reproduction, detail sharpness, and brilliant image quality.
