Before our shoot, I asked A. what he'd rather be doing on his Saturday afternoon -- (A) shooting pictures and being awesome in Manhattan Beach or (B) going to the dentist. Without pause, he confirmed, "Pictures." ... followed by the classic chaser, "The dentist makes me bleed." Best testimonial ever, Hah!

A. was a true pro, letting me snag about fifteen minutes worth of grins during this portrait mini-session, for the greater good of framing a fave as a holiday gift for his grandparents. It's always a pleasure to be part of a custom keepsake like this, and a wonderful way to sign off the year.
